Fridays June 26, July 24, & August 14th 6:30-8pm Your instructors, Crystal Standridge and Rhonda Roque, blend meditation and sound therapy to create a truly unique yoga experience. Crystal, a certified hypnotherapist, reiki master, and sound healer, incorporates crystal singing bowls and chimes between gong sequences to create gentle transitions and enhance the flow of energy throughout the session. Rhonda, a certified yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice, brings a deep passion for guiding others inward. Her approach goes beyond traditional yoga, integrating sound therapy to promote relaxation, balance, and energetic alignment. Adults only. Meeting location: Gold Hill/Placerville area.
