American River Conservancy
Description

Learn how to ID benthic macroinvertebrates in our pond with an expert from Sierra Streams Institute. Plan on getting wet as we wade into the world of macros and get some tips and tricks for how to identify what’s living in our pond. Mali Valerio, fellow ARC CalNat grad, and SSI lab manager will be leading this hands-on experience with us at Wakamatsu in preparation for us to help out with one of SSI’s field sampling days on Thursday May 29th.
