Saturdays, February 22nd, March 1st, & March 8th 11am-1:30pm

This 3-class series focuses on observing, documenting and creatively expressing experiences in nature via drawing, painting, printmaking with natural resources, and collage. (Taking all 3 classes is recommended but not mandatory.) Art is used as a means to connect to and experience nature as well as deepen a creative journaling practice. Becker Ray is a local artist from the Sierra Nevada Foothills. She is a nomad and an artist whose interest in the outdoors overlaps with her love of exploring artistic mediums including but not limited to watercolor, ink, digital art, surface pattern design, murals and collage. Responsible 12-year-olds+ welcome.
