What: Booth at Georgetown's 18th Annual "Arts in Nature Fest" -  RIPE AREA artists present a family and youth experience of art and nature in a preview of the June 2nd RIPE AREA Festival, with a performance by Laika’s Last Wish analog synthesizers composers, Zack Dowell and Dustin Koupal, and an interactive activity booth including native plants, seeds and art workshop, poetry tree, sound art and journaling, also native foods and plant uses.

When: Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Where:  Nature Area and Amphitheatre, 6540 Wentworth Springs Rd, Georgetown, CA

How: Free public event. All are welcome, and no registration is required. As wordplay on “riparian,” RIPE AREA is an innovative community project engaging artists with the public in watershed health through the power of artistic experiences, including sound, music, story, poetry, visual expressions, and culinary arts with native plants.
