DAM, THAT’S A NICE HIKE!

December 2, 8-10:30am (rain date December 9^th) Postponed until Spring

This is a moderate and scenic 5-miles hike (round trip) with some elevation gain. New ARC volunteer hike leader, Jose’ Aguilar, will lead this hike under the highest bridge in California while following the North Fork of the American River. The trail is well marked and quite popular and safe for the entire family. The payoff is a beautiful shot of Lake Clementine Dam pouring rushing water over its edges. This is an easy/moderate hike with uneven portions. Steady rain postpones. Fit 6-year-olds+ and well-behaved dog-on-leash welcome. Meeting location Auburn Confluence area ($10 parking). FREE.
